A member meeting was held today for the Fund where changes to the Constitution were recommended by the Board of the Responsible Manager, TPT Wealth. The results of the meeting were:
85.18% For the changes
14.82% Against the changes
4 Abstained from voting
As a result the recommended changes to the Constitution were approved.
Accordingly the Fund will be changed from 1 January 2022 as follows:
All other features of the Fund will remain as they currently are, including monthly distributions, however the minimum investment and balance will be reduced from $25,000 to $5,000.
We will be sending a letter by post to those invested in the Fund as at 22 September 2021 with details of the changes and what you can do if you want to transfer to another TPT Wealth Fund or elsewhere.
A Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (SPDS) dated 22 September is available to detail the changes. You should read the relevant Product Disclosure Statement and the SPDS available here before making an investment decision.
This change will take effect from 1 January 2022.
