Continuous Disclosure Notice. Change of auditor for investment schemes
TPT Wealth Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MyState Limited (ACN 133 623 962) (MyState) and Responsible Entity (RE) for each of the following managed investment schemes (MIS) is pleased to inform investors that Ernst & Young (EY) has been appointed auditor for each MIS.

For the financial year ending 30 June 2025, Wise Lord and Ferguson (WLF) served as the MIS auditor. Following the successful merger of MyState with Auswide Bank Ltd, completed on 19 February 2025, through a court-approved Scheme of Arrangement, the MyState Board reviewed the audit arrangements for the MyState Group, including for each of the aforementioned MIS.
As a result of this review and a competitive tender process, the Board appointed EY as the new external auditor, subject to the receipt of regulatory consent from the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC). This notice confirms that ASIC’s consent has been received. WLF has resigned as auditor, and EY has confirmed its independence and provided written consent to act as auditor. The change of auditor will be effective from 18 November 2025.
