To enable our fund managers to invest longer term with the objective of improving yields for investors, the Board of TPT Wealth has decided to increase the redemption notice period from currently 7 business days to 90 days. The redemption notice period can be part of the initial investment period.
We have sent a notice by post to those invested in the Fund as at 31 March 2021 (Existing Investors), with details of the changes and what you can do if you want to transfer to another TPT Wealth Fund or elsewhere.
A Supplementary Product Disclosure Statement (SPDS) dated 1 April is available to detail the change. You should read the relevant Product Disclosure Statement and the SPDS available here before making an investment decision.
This change takes effect immediately for all investors who first invest into the Fund on or after 1 April 2021. For Existing Investors, this change will not commence until 1 July 2021. Fee and term waivers are available for Existing Investors who make a transfer request to the TPT Long Term Fund prior to 30 June 2021 as follows:
