Continuous Disclosure Notice – Reduction of Management Fee – TPT Australian Share Fund, TPT International Share Fund, TPT Balanced Fund and TPT Diversified Property Fund
This notice advises investors of a reduction in the management fee for the TPT Australian Share Fund, TPT International Share Fund, TPT Balanced Fund and the TPT Diversified Property Fund.
The management fee will reduce from 1.00% p.a. (+ GST) to 0.50% p.a. (+ GST) effective from 1 August 2023.
