Continuous Disclosure Notice – Updated PDS for our Investment Growth Funds

We’ve released a new Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) for our Investment Growth Funds, dated 5 June 2026. The PDS comprises the following funds:

• Australian Share Fund
• International Share Fund
• Diversified Property Fund
• Balanced Fund

These products are designed for investors who meet the target market set out in the applicable Target Market Determination (TMD). Investors should read the PDS and TMD before making any investment decision and consider whether the product is appropriate for their objectives, financial situation, and needs.
