Writing your Will
Your Will is the legal document that specifies how your assets will be distributed after your passing. We’ll work with you to understand your specific needs and circumstances, and draft a Will that reflects your wishes. This is also the time to consider appointing an Attorney (someone to act on your behalf, should you become unable to make your own decisions) and to nominate a guardian for your children.
In the event your life circumstances change, you may need to revise your Will. Births, marriages and purchasing property, or an unexpected life event like divorce, disability or the death of a loved one, can all significantly impact your life and may require you to reconsider your personal and financial goals. We recommend reviewing your Will every 5 years so that it continues to reflect your wishes (and of course, we can help with that too).
