TPT Wealth are in an exciting phase of our evolution with the release of a new range of lending products. These innovative loans help distinguish us as a speciality lender offering tailored solutions for our customers.
Our team consists of highly skilled and dedicated staff that manage $280m+ in lending to borrowers located across Australia. Our relationship managers are here to provide support and guidance to brokers so we can work together to find the best options for our customers.
Acceptable loan purposes
We are here to help with:
- Purchase of commercial property
- Refinance of business, commercial and Self-Managed Super Fund (SMSF) lending
- Purchase of residential property by a company, trust or SMSF
- Construction & property development
- Subdivision of land
- Business expansion
Loan Structure
TPT Wealth commercial loans do not have a set loan term. Instead the loans are provided for a one to three year loan term where they will then be reviewed. Provided that the loan is able to pass the review process, the loan will be extended for a further period.
Loans are for a minimum of $250,000. The below table shows the maximum amount available for each loan product.
